RESPONSE TO CH2M HILL COMPANIES, LTD'S ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN SCOTT WILSON GROUP PLC |
Following the announcement this morning by URS Corporation ("URS") of its recommended cash offer for Scott Wilson Group plc ("Scott Wilson"), URS notes the announcement this afternoon by CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd ("CH2M HILL") of the acquisition of 9,544,277 ordinary shares, representing 12.97% of the issued share capital of Scott Wilson.
URS is considering its options with respect to Scott Wilson and a further announcement will be made in due course.
