Response to ASX price and volume query

Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK / LSE: DNK) (Danakali, or the Company) advises that the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) issued a price and volume query to the Company on 23 February 2021. This query came following the change in the price of Danakali's securities trading on the ASX from a low of A$0.405 at the close of trading on Monday, 22 February 2021 to an intraday high of A$0.64.
