20/11/2018 - Report 30/2018: Resignations of the Vice Presidents of the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 19 November 2018, Mrs. Roksana Ciurysek-Gedir and Mr. Andrzej Kopyrski resigned from the position of the Vice-Presidents of the Bank's Management Board, effective as of 30 November 2018.

Mrs. Roksana Ciurysek-Gedir and Mr. Andrzej Kopyrski have not indicated the reasons for their resignations.

The Bank's Supervisory Board thanked Mrs. Roksana Ciurysek-Gedir and Mr. Andrzej Kopyrski for their contribution to the development of the Bank.

Legal basis: § 5 point 4 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules under which the information required by the laws of non-member states shall be deemed equivalent. (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757)
