Resignation of VP Exploration, George Schroer
Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc ("UME" or the "Company") announced today that George Schroer the Company's Vice President Exploration will resign effective December 15, 2009. The Company plans to operate with a more streamlined exploration management team.
David Fowler, the Company's CEO, said today "On behalf of the Board and I would like to thank George for his commitment to UME over the past three years and wish him well in the future."
