Resignation of two Members of Supervisory Board

UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs about resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank as of the end of 30 April 2015: by Mrs Małgorzata Adamkiewicz, due to new professional duties and by Mr Paweł Dangel due to new professional duties outside Poland.

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 p. 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent.
