21.09.2017 - Report 49/2017: Resignation of the Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that on 21st September 2017 Mr. Adam Niewiński resigned from the position of the Vice-Presidents of the Management Board and from the Management Board, effective as of 21st September 2017. The resignation of Mr. Adam Niewiński was connected with the possibility of realizing new professional challenges.

Supervisory Board thanked Mr. Adam Niewiński for his contribution to the development of Bank Pekao S.A.
