29.10.2021 - Report 32/2021: Resignation of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that on October 29, 2021 Mr. Tomasz Kubiak resigned from the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of the Bank, as well as from the Management Board of the Bank with effect at the end of November 4, 2021.

The resignation did not include the reasons for its submission.

Legal basis: § 5 points 4 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules under which the information required by the laws of non-member states shall be deemed equivalent. (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757)
