Resignation of the Company's nominated adviser and joint broker

SNR announces that Allenby Capital Limited has resigned with immediate effect as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker.

In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser by 7:00AM on 24 July 2014, the admission of its securities to AIM will be cancelled.
