Resignation of subsidiary director

It is with regret that the board of the Company announce the resignation of Wes Wilcox as Chief Executive of PeerTV Limited, the company responsible for the group's set top box business.

Mr Wilcox has given a number of reasons which, taken together, have lead him to resign. These include both personal reasons combined with the difficulties of financing and managing the proposed turnaround of the set top box business and the personal demands that this would make.

Commenting on the resignation Eitan Yanuv, the Company's Chairman said "I would like to thank Wes for his contribution to the business and we are sorry that he has found it necessary to resign at this critical point in the Company's development."
