SUB: RESIGNATION OF SMT. USHA SANGWAN, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (NOMINEE OF LIC) OF THE BANK.

REF: REGULATION 30 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 (SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS).  

This is to inform you that Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Promoter of the Bank has informed today, that Smt. Usha Sangwan, its Nominee on the Board of the Bank, has tendered her resignation as a Nominee Director, on completion of 2 terms of 3 years each, as required under the Policy of LIC for its nominee directors. Accordingly, she has ceased to be the Director of the Bank, with effect from today, i.e. Thursday, 12th December 2019.

On behalf of all Employees and the Directors of the Bank, we would like to acknowledge the invaluable contributions rendered by Smt. Usha Sangwan during her tenure as a Non-Executive Director of the Bank and places on record its deep appreciation for the insightful perspectives and suggestions provided by her at the meetings of the Board/Committees of the Bank.
