31 May 2007 Walcom Group Limited (the "Company" or "Group") Resignation of Senior Manager

The Company announces that Dr Shulin Jiang will resign as Group Chief Marketing Officer, effective 16 June 2007, to pursue other business interests. His role will be assumed by Mr Yong Chian Tan, Chief Executive Officer in the PRC and the Company's sales force in China.

The Directors would like to thank Dr Jiang for his contribution to the Group.
