Report 16/2011: Resignation of President of the Management Board of Bank

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that Mrs. Alicja Kornasiewicz, President of the Management Board of the Bank has resigned today from her position, effective on April 30th, 2011. The Supervisory Board thanked Mrs. Alicja Kornasiewicz for her contribution to the development of the Bank Pekao SA.

Mrs. Alicja Kornasiewicz is going to be a candidate to the Bank's Supervisory Board of the Bank.
