Fresnillo plc - Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Fresnillo plc (the "Company") announces that Mr Rafael Mac Gregor has advised the Company that he intends to stand down from the Board with immediate effect due to the time commitment required in his role as a director at Banamex, one of Mexico's largest banks. In addition, he will not stand for re-election at the 2016 annual general meeting of the Company, which will be held on Tuesday 3 May 2016.
