Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Michael joined the Board of InternetQ in 2010 at the time of the Company'sInitial Public Offering, serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman ofthe Nomination Committee. Going forward, Michael's duties will be covered bythe existing Board members.
