Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Telit Communications plc (AIM: TCM), a global leader in machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, announces that Mr. Sergio Buonanno, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Company and will leave the board with immediate effect, in order to concentrate on other activities.

The board would like to thank Mr. Buonanno for his contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
