Resignation of Non-Executive Director

ABG announces that James Cross has decided to step down as Independent Non-Executive Director for personal reasons, with effect from 8th March 2012.

Commenting on the news, ABG's Chairman, Aaron Regent, said: "I would like to express my sincere thanks to James for his contribution over the past two years. James' breadth of experience has been a valued source of advice for both myself and the rest of the Board and we wish him well for the future."

Following Mr. Cross's resignation, the Board comprises nine members, including five Independent Non-Executive Directors.
