Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Change of Advisers

The Board of Nyota announces that Beaumont Cornish Limited, the Company's nominated adviser, has served notice on the Company that it will resign as the Company's nominated adviser with effect from 17 August 2017 ("Effective Date"). Beaumont Cornish Limited has reserved the right at its absolute discretion to bring forward the Effective Date beforehand. Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, in the event that a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by the Company by at the latest 17 August 2017, the Company's shares will be suspended and will be cancelled if an appointment is not made within one month thereafter.

Subsequently, Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited, the Company's broker, has also informed the Company that it will resign as the Company's broker with effect from 17 August 2017.

A further announcement on prospective appointments of new advisers will be made in due course.
