Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Weatherly announces that Strand Hanson Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, has resigned with immediate effect.

In light of the Administrators' Statement of Proposals, the Company does not intend to seek the services of another Nominated Adviser and, as a result, it is expected that the Company will be delisted from AIM one month from today's date.
