Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Company Update

China Growth Opportunities Limited announces that N+1 Singer Advisory LLP has resigned as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker effective from 11 October 2014. The Company's shares will therefore be suspended pursuant to AIM Rule 1 effective from 7.30am on 13 October 2014.

As set out in the Chairman's Statement to the Company's 2014 Annual Report and Accounts, the Board is currently considering a credible recapitalisation strategy, which will see the existing shareholder loan facility repaid and sufficient working capital invested to enable the Company to pursue a larger fundraising over the coming months. Further details on these proposals, which would also include the proposed appointment of a replacement nominated adviser, are expected to be announced shortly.

Shareholders should note, however, that if within one month of the Company's suspension on 13 October it has failed to appoint a replacement nominated adviser, the admission of the Company's securities will be cancelled from AIM.
