Intimas Group plc ("Intimas" or the "Company")
Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker
Following its announcement of 15 July 2009 that the Company had appointed an administrator, the Board of Intimas announces the resignation today of FinnCap from its role as nominated adviser and broker to the Company with immediate effect. If Intimas does not appoint a replacement nominated adviser in the meantime, the admission of its AIM securities will be cancelled at 7.00am on 1 September 2009.
