Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

The Company advises that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP ("Cairn"), the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, has resigned with effect from 1 May 2015.

The Company is in discussion with another Nominated Adviser. If a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month of the date of Cairn ceasing to act, pursuant to AIM Rule 1, admission of the Company's securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
