Resignation of nominated adviser

Cloudtag (CTAG:LN), the company that brings personal monitoring to the wellbeing, fitness and digital health markets hereby announces that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP, the Company's nominated adviser resigned after market close on 27 February 2017.

Pursuant to AIMRule 1, when an AIM company ceases to have a nominated adviser, the Exchange will suspend trading in its AIM securities. If within one month of that suspension the AIM company has failed to appoint a replacement nominated adviser, the admission of its AIM securities will be cancelled.
