Salt Lake Potash Limited ("the Company") announces that Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") has resigned as Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect following the appointment of Voluntary Administrators and Receivers and Managers.
In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser within one month of the date of Grant Thornton's resignation, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
The Company's shares will remain suspended from trading on AIM until further notice.
