Resignation of Nomad

The Company announces that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP ("Cairn") has given one month's notice of its resignation as nominated adviser to the Company. Accordingly, Cairn will resign as nominated adviser to the Company on 30 June 2012.

In the event that the Company appoints a new nominated adviser by 30 June 2012, trading in the Company's shares may remain suspended pursuant to the suspension notice issued on 20 April 2012 for the reasons announced by the Company on the same date.

In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a new nominated adviser within one month from the effective date of Cairn's resignation, the admission of the Company's securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
