Resignation of Nomad
Delling Group PLC ("Delling" or the "Group"), announces that Zimmerman Adams International Ltd. ("ZAI"), the Company's nominated adviser ("Nomad") for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies, has tendered its resignation as the Company's Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.
If within one month following the resignation of its Nomad Delling has failed to appoint a replacement Nomad, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled. The shares of Delling have been suspended since December
