Resignation of Nomad
Hague and London Oil PLC (AIM: HNL), announces that the Company has received notification from its Nominated Adviser and Broker, Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, of its resignation with immediate effect.
Trading of the shares of the Company on AIM is already suspended, in connection with its proposed acquisition of Tullow 101 Netherlands B.V., which would constitute a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14.
Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules, the Company has one month to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser or else the admission of its AIM securities will be cancelled. The Company is currently engaged in discussions regarding the replacement of Stifel as its Nominated Adviser and Broker, and will update the market as appropriate.
