Report 18/2011: Resignation of Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that Mr Federico Ghizzoni, Deputy Chairman, Secretary of the Supervisory Board has submitted resignation from his positions in the Supervisory Board of the Bank, effective from 30th April 2011.
