Report 38/2010: Resignation of Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that Mr Paolo Fiorentino, Deputy Chairman, Secretary of the Supervisory Board submitted resignations from his positions in the Supervisory Board of the Bank effective 26th April 2010.

§ 5 sect. 1 p. 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance, dated 19 February 2009 re: current and periodical information submitted by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering as equal the information required by the legal provisions of the non-member country.
