Cablevisión Holding informs Resignation of Member of Supervisory Committee
On 13 April 2022, Cablevisión Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's Supervisory Committee had (i) accepted the resignation submitted by Mr. Alberto César Menzani as Member of the Supervisory Committee, and (ii) in his place, appointed Mr. Martín Guillermo Ríos, Alternate Member of the Supervisory Committee.
