Resignation of Martin Jepson, head of London group

Hammerson plc announces that Martin Jepson, head of Hammerson's London Group, has resigned to explore new opportunities. He will leave the Company later in the summer. 

Peter Cole, Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer, will assume Martin's responsibilities while a search is undertaken for a successor.

David Atkins, Chief Executive, said:
