Resignation of Joint CEO, CFO and Company Secretary

The Company announces today that, with immediate effect, Emil Budilovsky will be stepping down as Joint CEO, CFO and Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Budilovsky has also resigned from the board of directors of the Company. Mr Budilovsky will remain as Vice-President for Business Development.

Israel Jossef Schneorson (“Yossi”), until today the Joint CEO of the Company with Mr Budilovsky, will now be the sole CEO of the Company. All financial functions undertaken by Mr Budilovsky will be met by existing members of the finance department of the Company, led by the Company's financial controller, Moran Attar.
