(the"Company") has recently received the written resignation report Mr. Ye Yansheng and Ms. ZhaoJie, the independent non-executive directors of the Company. Mr. Ye Yansheng and Ms. Zhao Jietendered their resignation as an independent non-executive director of the Company due to jobrequirement. Mr. Ye Yansheng and Ms. Zhao Jie have confirmed that each of them has no disagreement with theBoard of the Company, and there is no other matter that needs to be bought to the attention ofthe shareholders and creditors of the Company. Pursuant to the relevant regulatoryrequirements, the resignation of Mr. Ye Yansheng and Ms. Zhao Jie will only come into effectuntil new independent directors are elected at the general meeting of the Company. Prior tothat, Mr. Ye Yansheng and Ms. Zhao Jie will continue to perform their duties as anindependent non-executive director.
