Resignation of directors

Snoozebox Holdings plc (the "Company") (AIM: ZZZ) announces the following director resignations.

Chris Errington, Hugh Scrimgeour and Stephen East, directors of the Company, have resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 9 November 2017.

The Company's ordinary shares remain suspended from trading on AIM pending clarification of its financial position.
