Resignation of Director
New World Resources Plc ("NWR"), one of Central Europe's leading hard coal and coke producers, announces that Mr. Hans Jürgen Mende resigned from the Board of Directors of NWR (the "Board"), with the resignation taking effect from 31 January 2012. Mr. Mende was a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of NWR and commenced in that position on 8 April 2011.
The Board and management of NWR would like to thank Mr. Mende for his time and services provided to NWR. We wish him well in his future business ventures.
