Resignation of Director

The Board of GEONG International Limited ('GEONG' or `the Company'), the AIM listed, Beijing based, provider of content management software and solutions, announces that Mr. David Kar Ning Tsui, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 23 June 2015.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Liying Wang, who currently works in the Company’s Finance Function, will now assume David Tsui’s responsibilities. Ms. Wang will not be joining the Board of Directors at this time.
