Cyan Holdings plc ("Cyan" or the "Company")
Resignation of director
Cyan advises that on 1 December 2008, following a period of ill health, Andrew Lee, the Company's finance director, gave the Company 12 months' notice to terminate his employment with the Company in accordance with the terms of his service agreement.
Andrew has been with the Company since its founding and has successfully seen it through its IPO and two further rounds of financing. The board of Cyan would like to take this opportunity to put on record their thanks to Andrew for his contribution to the Company.
