ADVANCED POWER COMPONENTS PLC
RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of APC announces that Ms Amanda Parker, Sales and Marketing Director, has resigned from the Board and will be leaving the Company with immediate effect to pursue other business opportunities. The Company has agreed to waive Amanda's notice period and wishes her all the best with her new endeavours. Amanda will remain in close contact with the Company over the coming month to ensure a smooth handover of her responsibilities.
The Board is currently reviewing APC's sales and marketing needs in order to determine the most efficient structure for the Company going forward.
Commenting, Mark Robinson, Chief Executive Officer of APC, said:
