RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

 

The Board of CMG announces that Mrs Anna Prestwich, Finance Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities. 

 

Arrangements have been made to ensure the continuity of group activities and finance functions carried out by Mrs Prestwich and, in line with the Company's previously disclosed strategy, this will result in central costs continuing to be reduced.
