Resignation of Director
African Minerals Limited (AIM:AMI), the mineral exploration and development company with significant iron ore and base metal interests in Sierra Leone, West Africa, announces that Craig Smith, the Company's CFO and a Director, has resigned with effect from the 1st September 2010 to pursue other interests. Mr Smith will work closely with the business to help with the transition of his successor.
Commenting on the resignation, Frank Timis, Executive Chairman of the Company said: "I would like to thank Craig for the time and effort he has spent helping to develop the Company. We wish him well in the future."
