Resignation of Director

Kemin announces that Ralph Browning is stepping down as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other interests. These include, amongst other things, working with certain affiliates of the Company and its main shareholders on a range of different projects.

Kemin intends to appoint a new independent Non-Executive Director to replace Ralph as soon as practicable.

Bill Trew, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, commented "I am sad to see Ralph leave. He has skilfully guided GMA Resources, the predecessor to the Company, through difficult times and has been a key player in the recent takeover. He will be greatly missed by the Company and we wish him every success in the future."
