Resignation of Director

The Directors of the Company wish to announce the resignation of Farai Manyemba as Finance Director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2013. Farai is stepping down from the board to pursue other interests and has agreed to continue his association with the Company in a consultancy capacity for up to 6 months after leaving the board to ensure a smooth transition.

The Company is currently in the process of identifying and recruiting a suitable replacement for Farai and will make further announcements in this regard in due course.

Commenting on the announcement, Chief Executive Officer, Bernard Olivier said: "We would like to thank Farai for his contribution to the Company over the last 6 years and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
