Resignation of Director

The board of Thalassa announces that, with effect from 1 May 2018, Mr. Francis Smulders has resigned as a Director of the Company due to his consulting work having the potential for conflicts of interest with his role as a Director of the Company.

Duncan Soukup, Chairman of Thalassa, said: "The board of Thalassa would like to thank Mr Smulders for his dedicated service as a Director of the Company and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
