Resignation of Director

DUBLIN & LONDON: Ormonde Mining plc ("Ormonde" or "the Company") the mineral development and exploration company, announces the resignation of Mr. Fraser Gardiner from the Board, effective today. Mr. Gardiner, an exploration geologist by background who has been on the Board since 2005, is relocating with his family to pursue a career opportunity in exploration.

The Directors of Ormonde would like to thank Fraser for his considerable contribution to the development of Ormonde and wish him well in his future career.
