Resignation of Director

International Ferro Metals Limited, the integrated ferrochrome producer, announces the resignation of Mr Terence Willsteed as non-executive director. Mr Willsteed has been a director of IFL since its listing in 2005, and has made a valuable contribution to the Company over that time.

The Company takes this opportunity to thank Mr Willsteed for his service to the Company over the past 10 years.
