Resignation of Director

EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that Andrew McKeon, has today resigned with immediate effect from his position as a Non-executive Director of the Company. The role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee will be assumed by Robin Taylor, Senior Non-executive Director.

Mike O'Leary, Chairman of the Company, said:

"We were sorry to receive Andy's resignation especially because of his considerable knowledge of NHS healthcare. However, this is part of an agreed leave of absence for personal reasons and we hope to see Andy return to us full time soon. Until then we know that we can rely on his ad hoc advice. The Company will keep under review the need to recruit a further Non-executive Director."
