Director Resignation

The Company announces that Howard Golden, the Chairman, tendered his resignation on 26 January 2015 for personal reasons. Mr. Golden will step down from the Board and leave the Company on 15 February 2015. The Company will look to appoint a new Chairman at the time of its next Board meeting, being 23 February 2015.
