APR Energy plc (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group")

Resignation of director - notification pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11

The Company advises that Vipul Tandon (who was nominated by SSP Energy Limited, a Soros investment vehicle) resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 18 April 2014.

Mike Fairey, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, noted: "Mr. Tandon leaves with the Company's best wishes and its thanks for his contribution to the leadership of the Group since his appointment in June 2011."

The resolution to re-appoint Mr Tandon as a Director of the Company at this year's AGM (to be held on 20 May 2014) will now not be put to the meeting.
