Resignation of Director and Suspension of the Company's Shares

PeerTV announces that Ossie Weitzman has resigned as a director of the Company. Efforts are being made to persuade him to withdraw his resignation. ZAI, the Company's nominated adviser, indicated it will resign with immediate effect if his resignation is not withdrawn and accordingly has requested that suspension be maintained pending clarification of this matter. A further announcement will be made shortly.
