Resignation of Director

Defenx plc (AIM:DFX), the cyber-security software group, announces that Alessandro Poerio, Chief Executive Officer, has tendered his resignation in order to pursue other interests and will leave the Company on 31 May 2018.

Upon Mr Poerio's departure, Tony Reeves, currently Non-executive Chairman, will be appointed Executive Chairman and will assume his executive responsibilities pending the appointment of a new Chief Executive. The Board has commenced a search for a new Chief Executive Officer.

Tony Reeves, Chairman of Defenx, commented:
