Resignation of Director
Following the recent sale by Arrowgrass Master Fund Limited ("Arrowgrass") of its entire stake in the Company, TruFin announces that Stephen Greene, Non-Executive Director of the Company and representative of Arrowgrass, will step down from the Board with effect from 31 October 2021.
The Board wishes to thank Stephen for his support and valuable contribution since his appointment eighteen months ago.
Steve Baldwin, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, said:
"We would like to thank Arrowgrass for their vision and stewardship, which was fundamental to the formation and successful development of TruFin. Their support during the two recent placings has enabled TruFin to build a high quality, blue-chip institutional shareholder base that will enable the Company to pursue its growth plans.
Stephen, as Arrowgrass' representative, has been instrumental in helping to achieve this repositioning of TruFin, for which the Board is extremely grateful. We thank him for his diligent work, on behalf of all shareholders."
